Job title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: QX offices (Ahmedabad, Baroda, Mumbai, Noida)


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Delivering marketing campaigns as set out in the marketing plan
  • Working closely with the sales and account management team to understand campaign outbound messaging requirements
  • Ensure the sales team are fully informed of campaign activities
  • Creating campaigns incorporating: email, landing pages, direct mail, social media, Google PPC, social PPC, radio advertising, billboard advertising, print adverting
  • Briefing and helping the designers devise creative concepts and source relevant images for marketing communications
  • Liaising with outsourced marketing agencies and data providers where required
  • Reporting on the outcomes of campaigns and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Responsible for obtaining approval of marketing material

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Strong B2B and B2C project management experience, great attention to detail, process driven and methodical mind-set
  • Experience using automation tools
  • Good communicator: with sales team, internal marketing team and outsourced agencies and a great team player
  • Practical understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, primary email providers
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, in particular; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good written skills
  • Well-organised with a view on how the ’Marketing Factory’ should work
  • A desire to build a career and develop into marketing management - Naturally curious - this is all about business discovery and detective work
  • Strong analytical skills
