Job DescriptionJob Purpose:The role holder will be responsible for driving the credit force of a particular Cluster to ensure Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority, Loan Portfolio for his Cluster and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans, Due Diligence of customer profiling based on various and Underwriting as per Process PoliciesJob Responsibilities
  • Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority
  • Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management, Recommend changes to Policy
  • Process based on local nuances / competitor AB14, Implement system integration plans
  • Monitor NPA and keep a track of it Customer visits for P, Identification of process and policy gaps potential risk arising out of it
  • Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
