Project Overview

Business Context

Unilever globally has recently gone live with the Compass organisation to make it a simple & more category-focused business. As part of the same, Nutrition and Ice cream has been divided in two Business groups under the erst while Foods and Refreshment category and the overall responsibility of the P&L is owned by the region i.e., South Asia (BU) in line with the Business group (BG) agenda. Given the new structure, it becomes important to drive the overall agenda for Nutrition and ICD as a BU through efficiency and stronger governance in the overall P&L and eliminate time consuming manual process for information collection as we initiate financial planning for 2023.

Project Overview

Creation of a Performance Management Template, developing a Scorecard & Dashboard to track KPIs and do effective PL management for Nutrition and Ice Cream South Asia

Expected business Impact

Improved and timely Performance Management review, analysis and better decision-making for the BU

Key Deliverables/ KPIs

Codified template for performance Reviews, Scorecard & Dashboard Creation and Robust Review mechanism both with Global BG and at the BU

Scope of Work

Performance Management of one of the largest Business unit with a topline of € 2 billion and effective written communication

Key Skills Required

Agile learner, Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well presentable manner, Excellent written and presentation skills

Any Specific Experiences Preferred

Previous experience in Financial deep dive and Presentation, Brand & Financial Communication, Investor Relation

Domain/Technical Interfaces

Expert in MS Office Suite – Excel, Power Point, other presentation tools
