The Team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.


Work you’ll do

You will be working on solving full spectrum of client challenges across a wide range of clients across industry sectors.


You will not just be working on ideas and recommendations to solve the client’s challenges, in most cases you would also be walking with the client in implementing those recommendations.


Continuous learning at a team level and at an individual level will be your responsibility and ensuring that you have lots of fun while doing all this is our responsibility.


Your Prime Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery:

    • Working as a key member of project teams
    • Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverable requirements
    • Undertake research, analysis and packaging of client deliverables. Gather information via primary client interviews and workshops, as well as secondary research, test hypothesis and provide analysis of the data to derive key findings.
    • Perform data collection, cleansing, processing and validation. Develop models and draw key insights from the results and develop client recommendations
    • Aggregate findings and recommendations into reports, presentations, and/or dashboards
    • Assist the Engagement Manager in client meetings for presenting the findings and recommendations to the client

  • Business Development:
    • Assist proposal team in conducting sector research, research to support client context, conducting analysis on client situation, preparing proposal document, etc.
    • Assist in scope and approach definition in collaboration with Manager Senior Managers etc.

  • Thought Leadership / Point of View (PoV) development:
    • Research and analysis on industry issues, issue definition for industry/clients
    • Capturing analysis findings and Deloitte’s unique points of view on topical issues with guidance from senior practitioners

Skills Required
  • A fast learner who can pick up a new sector, industry or a concept very quickly
  • Out-of-box thinking and an inclination for problem solving
  • Aptitude for financial modelling, handling of large datasets
  • Ability to take up economic analysis, financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • A thorough team player
  • Research, analysis, macroeconomic modelling and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability to travel and change
