Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Research and gather information to create accurate and insightful content
  • Ensure all content is well-written, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines

2. Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with business objectives
  • Identify target audience personas and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness

3. Content Optimization:
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization

4. Content Editing and Proofreading:
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency
  • Identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency

  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective content across various platforms

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques

  • Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling content

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content campaigns

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
