Creative Designer and Multimedia Development Lead

Major Accountabilities

1. Uses advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, SharePoint, Microsoft Sway and storyboarding software to deliver fit for purpose trainings and organizational communications.
2. Responsible for design and management of Systems and Data Management SharePoint page.
3. Responsible and accountable to ensure consistency and contemporaneousness of trainings and communications for Clinical Systems and Data Management.
4. Translates business information and concepts into dynamic, impactful learning and communications content.
5. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships within Data Management and collaborates cross functionally in Clinical Research and Development.
6. Acts as a technical consultant ensuring appropriate development, maintenance, and use of all SharePoint, communications and training materials.
7. Communicate and ensure that project objectives and priorities met according to agreed timelines, strategies, quality and scientific standards.
8. Provides effective input into initiatives and innovations for quality, efficiency and continuous improvement in scientific and operational excellence.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Achieve overall goals as set each year by Global Head Data Management.
2. Achieve high level of Quality, timeliness, retention of information and customer satisfaction on Data Management and systems related communications and trainings.
3. No critical findings as result of routine audits or health authority inspections relating to activities/deliverables supported by Data Management.

Impact in the Organization
1. Organizational, operational and technical leadership directly impacting business efficiency and quality within Data Management and Clinical Systems
2. No critical findings as result of internal inspection, routine audits or health authority inspections relating to activities/deliverables supported by Data Operations.

Competency Profile

1. At least 5 years of experience in training design, development, delivery and communications.
2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
3. Advanced technical skills:
a. Training material development (Storyline Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
b. Microsoft Office Suite including Sway, Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint
c. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere)
d. Programming Languages: JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS
4. E-Learning & Virtual learning design and implementation experience
5. Strong knowledge of audio and video recording and production
6. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies
7. Demonstrated ability to consistently produce detailed, high quality deliverables in a team environment
8. Understanding of training design, delivery and retention techniques for successful outcomes
9. Good problem-solving, project management negotiation and conflict resolution skills
10. Excellent planning and project management skills.

11. Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

12. Bachelor’s degree preferably in graphic or instructional design and implementation, or other related area. Masters preferred.
