1. JOB SUMMARY

Expert knowledge of assessing credit risk for Secured Loan by applying Deposit of Title Documents and Registration of Mortgage guidelines.
Conduct income appraisal of salaried and self-employed borrowers. In depth understanding and analysis of P&L Account and Balance Sheet including cash flows of self-employed borrowers.
Assess income to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance over long tenures.
Provide Market intelligence from a competition and customer stand point
Recommendations on new processes & fraud Control initiative etc
Manage Credit Officers team

2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Management Policy & Processes

Underwriting

Expert knowledge of customer segments in various markets of India and their
performance histories.
Expert knowledge of negative profiles, negative property types and negative property
locations
Complete understanding of various collateral types of all regions and cities in India and
their title documentation requirements for creation of equitable mortgage
Knowledge of property valuation process through vendors and knowledge & keen
interest in monitoring current property price / historical property prices.

3. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Desired Qualification

Commerce Graduate/ MBA from a reputed college.

Desired Experience

5 years of experience in Credit LAP/Mortgage Loans/MSME Loans Loan products.
