Job Summary
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in both Hindi and in English language. He/she must have a professional attitude towards works. Willing to join with immediate effect.

Job Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over phone calls and also through emails.
• Understanding customer queries and give complete end to end solution.
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service is given at all times
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Key Skills
Basic Computer Skills, Typing, Communications, English speaking and writing , fluency in Hindi language.

Required Education
Graduate.

Experience
6 months to 1 year experience. Fresher can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
