  • Handling the customer service Calls and Emails
  • Resolving customer complaints / Queries / Issues on daily basis.
  • Adherence to service delivery and resolving queries on timely basis and within TAT
  • Monitoring the complete claim/service query to resolution of the customer and update to the management
  • Should be able to research on self basis things pertaining to service and backend support and add more service partners for company

Should be a graduate (any stream) with relevant experience of minimum two years
