Key responsibilities

o Review & manage day to day request from business on material codes and execute as per defined governance & data quality
o Explore, review & identify linkage between buy & sell material codes & have it signed off by business
o Align with CX, Finance, Product owners, & FBP’s to have alignment on all material codes from a product demarcation perspective
o Partner with BI team to have correct mapping of material codes to product P&L
o Liaise with Tax team to have accurate tax mapping for all material codes
o Control & improve data quality via regular checks / BI reporting
o Perform root cause analysis to understand issues on incorrect usage and take action to prevent re-occurrence
o Understand and resolve CX, Finance, Product, FBP issues with material data
o Work with NFTP team to implement MDG/M as standard platform for Material management
o Active participation in new & upcoming platforms design with focus on Material master
o Implementation of upstream process improvements in line with the Standards and Controls
o Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely manner
o Act as Material data partner to customer service, finance, BPOs, FBPs to identify and drive solutions to revenue leakages
o Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation

o Knowledge of Ocean & logistics & good understanding of job costing
