Summary:

The SAP Field Service Management solution empowers technicians to boost customer satisfaction with mobile tools, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, the Internet of Things, customer self-service processes, simplified scheduling and dispatching and real-time analytics and reporting. But these features only work if the platform or site is reliable. As we have grown our small-scale processes and our infra team cannot hold up
anymore with the pace of our developments. We embrace DevSecOps and want to provide the teams a Self- Service platform so they can self-manage their owned apps!

Role:

• 
  Translate the common security requirements into actionable guidelines and concepts by using industry best practices
• Collaborate with our CSO on fulfillment of all guidelines required for our product from an engineering point of view
• Autonomous building, setting up and document new development tools and infrastructure to form a self-service platform for our engineers, strongly focused on security
• Working on ways to further automate and improve our CI/CD process
• Support ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats (DevSecOps)
• Mentor and train other engineers on DevSecOps throughout the company
• Lead by example, dive into our product and show leadership abilities, bridge and finally connect the two silos Development and Security based on DevSecOps

Role Requirements:

• 
  In-depth security and related knowledge and experience in both Development and Dev-Ops (product security, cybersecurity, authorizations, etc.)
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of secure software development methodologies such as threat modeling, secure SDL, and DevSecOps, as well as DPP assessments
• You deeply understand DevSecOps and identify with the culture it incorporates – you don’t think– companies need a “DevSecOps Team”, you know it’s a culture and philosophy
• Affinity for containers and their security as well as application security per se (CVE, CVSS etc.)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills . Excellent teamworking and proactive communication skills
• Affinity for the modern cloud native stack (primarily containers and kubernetes)
• Great documentation skills
• Bachelor’s /Masters in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Ability to act as mentor for senior and junior team members in DevSecOps
• Significant experience with the modern cloud native stack
• High degree of autonomy, you will not be micromanaged – strong will to pioneer things
