They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Prior work experience inSales for IVD products / Medical Devices / Reagents Products preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • To promote the assigned products for the assigned area.
  • Responsible to manage distributors
  • To build effective rapport with distributors.
  • To comply with company systems and processes.
  • Be fully aware of industry trends in terms of evolving customer need & competitor activities.
  • To ensure administrative support to Zonal office and HO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 to 10 years of medical devices sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay(s) according to business needs.
