About the Job

As a Doctor Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s products to healthcare professionals and onboarding them with regards to the same.

What you will do:

  • Scheduling appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals to meet them in-person
  • Meeting doctors, especially orthopedics, and such other healthcare professionals and promoting the company’s products to them and thus on-boarding them
  • Visiting regularly and maintaining a long-term and professional relationship with the medical professionals
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and regularly updating/educating medical professionals about the same
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders such as various teams and external stakeholders such as medical professionals
  • Updating and maintaining a record of the data related to the entire proceedings with every client in the CRM and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback/concerns/inquiries from the external healthcare professionals and reporting the same to the management
  • Ensuring compliance of rules, laws & regulations while handling the entire cycle

What you need to have:

  • Graduation is a must
  • Relevant work experience of 1-3 years as a medical representative
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience in the medical field and sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, listening and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Politeness
