Job Description

As an Eloqua Marketing Automation specialist, you are required to work closely with designers, developers, and project managers. You will be responsible for implementing all the programmatic and operational initiatives through Eloqua.

You are expected to have proficiency in conceptualization, templatization, execution, and performance reporting of marketing campaigns. You are required to have hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns, email nurture programs, and social media.

You should be experienced in database management and segmentation and should have fine knowledge of CRM integrations, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.

As a leading IT services provider, we are looking for somebody to join our Panchkula office.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to develop and execute email marketing programs. This includes segmentation, testing, and deployment.

Should be able to assist with the integration of additional platforms and marketing automation software.

Should be able to evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.

Must be able to work with the management to define KPIs, create reports, and analyze campaign performance. Also, should be able to create recommendations to continuously improve campaigns.

Should be proficient with managing marketing automation processes and proactively research and implement latest best practices and strategies.

Should be able to perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to boost productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

Should be able to support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Must have marketing automation experience and exposure to Marketo Automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo & SFMC, and all the leading email SaaS platforms.
