Ability to lead a small team for delivering the project.
Develop Board Support Packages (BSPs), custom device drivers and applications.
Customize boot-loader and Linux Kernel Software.
Develop and enhance Linux device drivers.
Should participate in hardware bring-up, integration of software and hardware using debug tools/in-circuit emulators to isolate low-level design issues.
To work effectively with a cross functional team during project execution on the issues related with schedule and quality.
Proven ability to work with standard lab equipment - oscilloscopes, logic analyzers

Bachelor/Masters in EE or Computer Science with 8-12 years’ experience in Embedded Linux BSP and Device Driver Development, Porting and Integration.
Experience with systems programming on Linux operating system.
Expertise with different build system is added plus.
Experience with any these processors Intel, PowerPC, ARM, MIPS 32-bit and/or 64-bit SOCs processors.
Knowledge of common hardware interfaces and device driver development.
Strong programming & configuration knowledge on e-Linux distribution and GCC tools.
Networking domain knowledge & development experience desirable.
Good communication skills, strong team player with ability to work with engineers located at different sites, willingness to learn new technologies
