The role will be based in Chennai. This will be for a contract role for a duration of 6 - 9months.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do :

Administer and monitor the Flex GBS India employee engagement platform.
Ideate and implement creative employee engagement campaigns and programs.
Promote engagement and provide ongoing support to Employee Resource Group leaders to chalk employee engagement initiatives and use the platform efficiently.
Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership.
Collaborate with the lead HRBP and vendor to continuously evaluate and enhance the engagement platform.

Here is some of what you will need (required) :

Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing field or employee engagement
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A results-driven and out-of-the-box thinker adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Able to engage, influence and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
Strong marketing comms and content writing experience.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences :

Graduate or postgraduate in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Marketing.
