Job PurposeCompensation & Benefits analyst will be a member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and will support in the design, implementation & administration of various compensation & benefit programs for the BankKey Responsibilities
  • Support / participate in Annual Compensation & Benefits Surveys; analyze market data and prepare market benchmarking reports
  • Support Implementation of periodic compensation review process covering increments, variable pay and promotions
  • Support computation & processing of monthly / quarterly incentives
  • Support Launch and Implementation of new Employee Benefit programs Assist in development of effective employee communication programs to sensitize employees on benefits
  • Analyze & track utilization of existing benefit programs
  • Support in MIS preparation, Audit Submissions and ad-hoc reports & analysis pertaining to Compensation & Benefits
  • Track and identify compensation trends, best practices and policies to ensure Bank’s competitive advantage
  • Support and work on ongoing COE MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a premier B-School with 1-3 years of experience in Corporate HR / Compensation & Benefits.
