Roles and Responsibilities

Working with off-site sales, partners to receive orders and processing the orders.
Pulling online sales orders and preparing them for delivery; tracking in accordance with rules and regulations.
Assisting other departments as needed for product requirements.
Responsible for order management and accountable for supply clarification & compliance.
Manage Logistics for delivery fulfillment.
Perform order fulfillment, return fulfillment, and delivery management.
Perform operational distribution.
Creating and managing excel spreadsheets as is required.
Perform supply operation improvement work.
Use independent judgment in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind.
Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and maintaining good customer/vendor relationship ship by being self-motivated.
Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws.
Invest time in learning new products and be able to communicate with direct supervisors as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant area is preferred.
3-5 yrs. minimum of experience in logistics, order fulfillment and support operations.
System application knowledge (SAP) and the ability to run high volume macros for SAP SO entry.
Maintain Order Processing lead-times to within set targets.
Ensure quality and accuracy in Customer PO booking in compliance with Ericsson processes.
Ability to develop process work instructions.
Ability to lead process improvements and automation to improve quality and processing lead times.
Must have a good understanding of the business process and customer PO booking and Sales Order management.
Advanced Excel Skills.
