Job Overview

To monitor and maintain overall computer systems, cameras, AV systems, networks and other peripherals of the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns.

• Responsible for managing CCTV cameras / projectors / printers / AV Conferencing.
• IT related vendor management.

• Trouble shooting of all IT related peripherals and systems.
• IT related inventory management.

• Update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
• Responsible for LAN troubleshooting, software & hardware installation, backup & recovery.

• Knowledge and understanding of networking concept, TCP/IP and system security issues is a must.
• Trouble-shooting of client-server architecture.

• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Resolving miscellaneous IT related issues as and when required.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field is preferred. CCNA / MCSE Certification will be given preference.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in related field
