Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination with regions/vendor for R&M bill submission.
Fastag management.fastag charging.
Submission of correct & appropriate bills for payments.
Prepare & circulate weekly & monthly MIS of no of bills received/paid & rejected.
Co ordinate with vendors/regions for bill correction.
Coordination with finance for payable
Maintaining bill & payment tracker
Addressing various operational/transactional issue of regions.
Develop & maintain business relationship with stakeholders.
Identifies & reports bottlenecks in the system.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having 2-5 years of experience into fleet.

Graduate in commerce with an experience in Transport/logistics sector.

Good communication & presentation skills

Knowledge of excel/tally.

Receptive, responsive & answerable
