Roles and Responsibilities

Exposure to commercial invoices in SAP Hana

Familiar to send Finished Goods shipments to US & UK by Air and Sea.

  • Preparation of Pre-shipment & Post Shipment Invoices.
  • Airlines Booking & Placements of Trucks of Air shipments.
  • Post Shipment Documentation for all Markets.
  • Pre-shipment alert documents to Customer via Business Development.
  • Freight Forwarders invoice follow ups & approvals.

The overall responsibilities include the Preshipment invoice – to-post shipment documents to finance & Freight Forwarder invoice approvals. i.e., follow up for cargo /materials from KRSG plant & follow up with clearance team & freight forwarders for shipment documents to submit the same to Finance & later with only forwarders till shipment reaches destination. Later, follow up with freight forwarder for invoices and to clear due of forwarders within agreed credit terms from accounts.
