Position: Associate Talent Acquisition (Immediate joiners)

Experience: 2 -5 Years

Location : Mumbai (preferably based in Mumbai)

Education: MBA

Responsibility:

  • Understanding the requirements, mapping the talent and execute plan for sourcing potential candidates to fit the requirement
  • Experience in handling stake holders and work with the team to streamline and improve delivery.
  • Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking.
  • Coordinate with shortlisted candidates in the entire recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
