Level: Factory Manager
Location: Mizoram and Manipur

The key expectations of the role:
1. Setting up the plant, setting up of processing plant within a stipulated timeline & budget.
2. Managing the plant
 Ensure new product development, production planning & cost control & time utilization.
 Ensure stringent quality control, food safety, FSSAI & other regulatory compliances.
 Ensure preventive maintenance of plant & machinery.
 Ensure SOPs for smooth operation.

Essential
 Experience in plant management in a food processing company.
 Knowledge of PRP, OPRP & CCP as per FSMS.

Education and Experience:

  • A Degree in Food Technology.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in setting up & managing a canning unit.
