Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing, Vendor Reconciliation, Accounting - Facilitate timely and accurate Invoice Processing & Reconciliations of Balances in Books of accounts

Interactions with cross functional teams and vendors to resolve issues related to invoice processing, payments, TDS deductions etc.

Monthly Closing of Books of Accounts including Cost centre wise Expense Analysis and Forecast

Vendor Payments, Employee re-imbursements etc

Reconciliation and payment of Statutory Dues – TDS and GST on monthly basis

Contract management, Record Keeping, Reviewing Internal Control & Processes

Well versed with Companies Act, maintaining documents and registers required under Companies Act, drafting resolutions, Board Meeting Agenda, Minutes and ensuring compliance. Managing RoC compliances

FEMA Compliances - FDI (FCTRS, FCGPR and FLA filing) and ODI (APR filing) , Transfer Pricing (ALP), Labor Compliances, Filing of claims for Export Incentives under Foreign Trade Policy

Finalisation of Accounts and preparation of Consolidated Financials, managing Statutory & Internal Audit with Big4

Overall responsibilities of executing and monitoring of accounts operations including ERP implementation, solving various stakeholders’ issues, assisting the team on overall basis wherever needed.
Must have

Desired Experience, Skills, and Attitude:
3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, taxation, Company Secretary Matters and FEMA

Persuasive writing communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS-Excel

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment with speed and an eye for detail and quality

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Data interpretation and analytical skills

Excellent organizational skills

Adaptive to new tools and technology

: Chartered Accountant (Inter)/Postgraduate in Commerce/ Company Secretary with relevant experience
