  • Executing IT Merger & Acquisitions and Post merger integration
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices
  • Ability to think deeply through business scenarios and come up with technology-based solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, possess high level of motivation and energy
  • Project and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
