Our Global Talent Acquisition Support Team are based in Bangalore, India. This group of talented individuals works with our country-based TA teams across the Thales Group to provide a variety of services that enhance our Talent Acquisition function. Due to growing demand, we are currently looking for an individual to join. Global Talent Acquisition Support Team.
Key responsibilities & tasks
  • Working closely with the Bangalore Sift (Application screening) Team Members, Global Sourcing teams & Global TA teams identify, engage and attract talent to support resourcing demand across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and North America, APAC.
  • Efficiently sifting (Screening) the candidate’s response for all the global requisitions,
  • Establishing and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines for key requirements in a variety of global locations.
  • To initiate and maintain effective relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, resulting in relevant shortlists and successful engagement of talent.
  • Be responsible for providing relevant shortlists of candidates to present to business leaders.
  • Encourage and support diversity hiring.
  • Conducting telephone screening for large-scale campaigns such as project hiring or early careers schemes.
  • Maintaining and producing accurate reporting
  • This role will be on contract for 6 months.
Competencies required for role
  • Must have a flexible approach to your work - a natural curiosity for improving processes, trying new approaches, and developing your skills and experience.
  • Must have experience in building and developing relationships with co-workers in other countries and from other cultures. Able to build and maintain relationships built on trust and results.
  • Understanding all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial screening through to management of offers.
  • Must have technical proficiency and excellent skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook).
  • Fluent language skills in French and English.
Desirable skills
  • Proven experience as an executive recruiter, demonstrating high level of screening the profiles across technology, engineering or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Global Recruiting.
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday) and job boards and CV databases such as LinkedIn, with the ability to conduct and present internet research.
  • Experience in managing international recruitment, acting as a remote partner to the local, country-based teams, would be beneficial.
