Title: Government Full-Desk Recruiter / Account Manager

Based in the North Brunswick area, Evergreen Technologies is a Contingent Staffing Firm based in North Brunswick New Jersey. Our company is quickly scaling and looking for the right leader to join our team. We have been providing our government clients with contract staffing solutions for over twenty years.

This leader must possess considerable skill in building working relationships, an advanced knowledge of all specialized functions in government contract staffing industry, an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Prospect new opportunities in the government sector and then lead efforts to develop every account
  • Build successful and profitable teaming relationships with key partners and suppliers
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Must be able to effectively manage existing client relationships and help drive more business from existing accounts
  • Leverage previous contacts and relationships to drive future business with Evergreen Technologies
  • Create a sales plan and projections, including customer/account management and key areas of opportunity for new business
  • Pursue, maintain and grow sales within assigned strategic accounts/geographic areas
  • Identify and structure a data acquisition plan to obtain primary contacts
  • Build a network of key contacts and relationships within accounts to secure customer loyalty and gain early insights into potential business opportunities
  • Manage opportunities thru the internal sales process
  • Keep up to date with technical and solutions information within the industry to provide the best solutions for customers
  • Seek feedback from a variety of sources to improve performance and develop capability
What You Need For This Position
  • Significant Federal sales experience (DoD or Civilian Agencies)
  • MUST have at least 2 years of experience selling Staffing, Consulting or similar services inside the government space
  • Sales experience with IT solutions or other technical offerings
  • Ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP/RFQ
  • Strong domain knowledge specific to services components within the Federal/DoD space with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Should have advanced skills in leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
