Position description:

  • Responsible to provide end to end solutions
  • 1st point of contact person for all Smart Play store user’s Journey
  • CJob
  • Responsible to provide end to end solutions to B2B Partners
  • 1st point of contact person for Telegram BOT Product
  • Coordinate with partners for Webinars and Training
  • Update daily activities in Dashboard
  • On-boarding new Partners on TeleBOT platform
  • Responsible to achieve daily and monthly target

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Smart Play Store users

Reporting Team

  • Reporting Designation: Project Manager (ABL_EB_229)
  • Reporting Department: Digital Initiatives (2513_1)

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock Market
  • Problem Solving attitude
  • Experience in Customer Service or Customer Relationship
  • Customer Orientation and Interpersonal skills
  • Sufficient knowledge about Algo / Automatic Trading
