Job Responsibilities:
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Technology roles across India
Source candidates proactively utilizing a variety of tools, as-well-as using creative methods that set us apart from other companies
Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Track applicant flow, schedule interviews, capture feedback, and ensure a tightly synchronized candidate interview experience
Engage with the broader Talent Team to suggest and develop enrichment programs (i.e., benefits, social events, training, collaborative working events, external/promotional events, etc.)
Keep your finger on the pulse of whats trending and know/understand the magnets for attracting top talent; stay on top of this news.
Desired skills:
In-depth experience hiring and building successful Tech teams
A familiarity with cutting edge technologies and know top hunting grounds for associated talent
Experience recruiting in a fintech business is a value addition
Tact; you are highly articulate and a good listener; possesses an appreciation of how to attract and entice a largely intractable and often-contacted population of people
Ability to build rapport quickly, take a consultative approach and advise hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices.
Empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers
Action-oriented, reliable, and proactive operator, managing competing priorities, and consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
Demonstrable experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions.
Extensive experience working with any modern ATS, ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting.
An execution-oriented mind-set; drives to implement hires/programs and likes achieving results
Great writing and communication skills; crafts compelling pitches and delivers internal messages succinctly
A stubborn ethical compass: you operate with integrity at all times
