Doing root cause analysis of the non-starter cases
Mystery shopping & Process reviews
Having good analytical skills and well versed with preparation of dashboard
pertaining to KPI
Having good knowledge of investigation in pre sanction stage
Experience in handling analytical tools like Hunter implementation rules building
in Hunter, Perfios etc.
Having knowledge about Compliance will be an added advantage
