Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred
- Must be from Textile/Garments Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in statutory compliance and recruitment
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
