Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred
Must be from Textile/Garments Manufacturing Industry.
Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in statutory compliance and recruitment
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
