Job Role:

Responsible for completing the entire recruitment process within the specified time frame.
Ensure that all empty posts at all levels are filled within the timeframe set forth.
Make contact with educational institutions and establish partnerships in order to recruit students on campus.
Apart from traditional sources such as portals, must find and implement a variety of recruitment strategies.

Managing a team of Recruitment Officers / Recruitment Executives in order to maximise their efficiency.
As needed, prepare, maintain, and provide recruitment reports to the reporting manager.
Conducting the necessary tests for potential applicants
For all recruitment officers of regional offices, to lead a team of recruiters, identify training needs, deliver training, and assess post-training effectiveness.
To coordinate recruitment with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the company’s plan
Write job descriptions and specs yourself, or get them from the product HOD.
Liaison with many stakeholders regarding staffing need and selection of applicants
Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, external recruiting agency specifications, and other documents in compliance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.
Ascertain if the team is adhering to the company’s recruitment policy and procedure.
