HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human resources

Overview

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Proficiency as HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
  • Headhunt and pro-actively recruit candidates for all internal positions within Proinf
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Screen incoming resumes/CVs and evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct/Schedule video call interviews
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Build candidate engagement by keeping them informed during the whole process, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Source and recruit new resources to expand the company’s database of external vendors.
  • Assist project management team with specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Perform research tasks specifically around adding value to our recruitment and other service lines as required.
  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends.
  • Motivate the team through relationship building and real-time coaching
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies
  • Provide coaching and development based on performance evaluations to direct reports
  • Ensure effectiveness of performance management systems, ensuring continuous improvement of performance levels across the organization
  • Implement comprehensive professional development plans and training programs
  • Design and implement employee programs that promote company culture and core values
  • Ensure proper communication of changes are introduced to appropriate teams
  • Partner with other support departments and assist in providing actionable insights
  • Identify and initiate human resource process improvements
Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, Crowdsourcing, or similar roles.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative and fast-paced.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
