Job Details:

As the HR Manager at CloudPlinth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and development of our human resources. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company’s goals and objectives, while fostering a positive and engaging work culture. Your expertise in HR practices, compliance, employee relations, and talent management will be instrumental in driving our company’s success.

What You will Do:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring the effective recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed, integrated, and equipped to succeed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and career development initiatives. Support managers in providing ongoing coaching and support to their teams.
  • Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate the delivery of professional development programs.
  • Foster a learning culture and support employees in their career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR programs and practices.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and oversee the annual performance review and salary adjustment process.
  • Utilize HRIS systems and other tools to gather and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Promote a positive company culture, organize team-building activities, and foster diversity and inclusion..

What You Have:

  • Proven experience (X years) in HR management, preferably within the software/technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training/development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software application

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Effective communication Skills
