Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at The Future Dreams. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring new employees, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role is located in Patna and is an on-site position.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the field of human resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
