Job Description for IBM Case Manager : Mumbai | Level : Consultant & AM |

Experience 3 and above
Basic FileNet P8 CE concepts of object structures and security
Hands-on application development using FileNet P8 java APIs, FileNet webservice, EDS
Should have created case manager solutions with tasks/workflows.
Worked on UI customizations, scripting, wiring between widgets.
Worked on OOTB case manager reports using COGNOS RTM

Technical Skill required for ONSITE IT manpower as given below -

Development knowledge in IBM BPM version 8.6 or above and IBM BAW V19 or above is must
Experience on IBM FileNet Content Manager latest version, IBM Content Navigator and Portal Administration
IBM Case management knowledge will be added advantage
Hands on development experience with Java(J2SE,J2EE), Java Script, REST/SOAP Web Services is a must
Experience in Content migrating/archival & retention management in IBM BAW / FileNet.
Strong Analytic Skills with Proficiency in debugging, effective error handling and Problem Solving
Having proficiency in Oracle Database 19c with RAC on Windows Server 2016 or Oracle Linux 8.x
Working experience on Oracle Stored Procedures, queries, table designing, indexes etc.
Create Ajax coach elements for a responsive and highly polished user experience
Use gateways to control the process flow.
Create a snapshot for deployment.
Identify and track critical business data inside a business process diagram, and understand the database schema to extract the data for business reports
Design and create custom reports and Dashboards /scoreboards to provide process visibility for multiple stakeholders and users across the organization
Experience on Integration with Microsoft Exchange Server and LDAP/ MS AD
Familiar with Windows Server 2016 or above and Oracle Linux 8.x
