Conduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities with LAs and MPs
Review target & performance for APs in a periodic manner
Lead weekly wake-up team meetings
Manage prospecting activity in the field
Operate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Manage persistency and renewal collection by Advisors
Chase pending requirements on submitted cases
Attend joint field work activity
Run telephone appointment sessions
Contact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training
