Amadeus Hospitality is looking for anIntegration Analystwho has good technical and analytical skillsin JSON,REST and SOA technologies.

The Integration Consultant is accountable and responsible for end to end integration of a new Hotel provider.You are also responsible to integrate new product functionalities developed by R&D teams.

  • Technical –
  • You should be well versed in developing new services in XML and JSON
  • You should be able to automate testing
  • You should have the ability to verify and solve issues encountered during the integration process
  • Knowledge of tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN, XML SPY is a must.
  • KeySkills –JSON, XML, XSLT, Xpath, SOA, Webservices, SOAP, REST, WSDL, Middleware,ESB.
  • You should be able to support autonomously sales organization for integration matters in the most complex cases (perform demos, analyze customer business flows and propose integration solutions to cope with customer requests)
  • Assistance & consulting - You should be able to provide advice/consulting to customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for the most complex cases:
  • You should provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project
  • You should support Integration activities during the implementation project
  • You should provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management
  • You should help to perform final sign-off/ certification prior to implementation in production
  • Post integration & Post implementation Consultancy

  • You should always ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities
  • You should ensure to make sure customers make the most of the Amadeus products / solutions
  • You should be able to work fully autonomously and for the most complex cases, identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes
  • You should be able to present complex analysis results in client meetings
  • Yu should identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions
