Stock Monitoring and Replenishment

 Regularly monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

 Collaborate with purchase team to ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet production requirements.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping

 Accurately input and update inventory data into the company database or inventory management system.

 Maintain detailed and organized records of stock movements, deliveries, and adjustments

Stock Organization

 Arrange and organize stock in designated storage areas/racks to optimize space and ensure easy access

 Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy Collaboration with Production Team

 Coordinate with the production team to understand upcoming production schedules and stock requirements.

 Ensure timely availability of materials to support production timelines

Quality Control

 Participate in quality control checks to verify the received materials against specifications and report any discrepancies.

 Assist in identifying and addressing any quality issues related to stock items.

Communication

 Communicate effectively with various teams, including procurement, production, and dispatch, to facilitate smooth inventory operations.

 Report any stock-related issues or discrepancies to the Factory Manager.
