Roles and Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Carry out interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand
Proven work experience as Technical Recruiter (Digital Marketing Industry Experience is a MUST OT IT)
Experience recruiting on skills like WordPress Developers, Web Developers, Full Stack Developers, Salesforce, SEO/SEM, etc.
Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
He/She should be good in sourcing especially from linked in and job boards.
He/She should be good with X-Ray search
He/She should have good experience in candidate screening based on the requirement
He/She should be good in data management
He/She should be able to handle multiple level of assessment process
He/She should have experience in technical hiring, preferably from web development or digital agency
He/She should be able to coordinate with stakeholder and can conduct interviews
He/She should have experience of freelancers’ hiring ( preferred but not a mandate)
