Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct Induction formalities.

Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labour laws and company regulations.

Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company;

Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.

Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees.

Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement.

Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated.

Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
