About Corporate Finance

Provide centralized finance capabilities and support to executive management, and Business and Enterprise Function teams. The team manages the overall forecasting process and provides financial advice and analytics on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Corporate Finance is also responsible for internal management reporting and all centralized finance processes, tools and applications.

About Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) group manages a team of subject matter experts providing management financial reporting and forecasting. FP&A plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results and forecasts; is responsible for financial controls; and assists with financial analysis and information to support corporate strategy.

About the Role

We are seeking a high caliber candidates with skill sets proficient in project Management , Reporting and Management Accounting. The Role requires a combination of technical and finance knowledge proficiency.

Responsibilities for Senior Consultant:

Designing of Capital Allocation re-engineering and simplification

Design & execution of Variance Automation

Tools evaluation, specifications, use cases, requirements gathering, Epic designs for EPM (Enterprise Performance Management tool) replacement.

Gather parties, communication requirements for Intersystem Automation

Tools evaluation and construction of Production Workflow and Dashboarding

Review, Understand, and Prioritize requests for Work Intake evaluation

Business requirements, feasibility, constituent communication of EPM Enhancements

Experience in Management Accounting, Revenue & Cost attribution

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Stats, or any science group, Post graduate in Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent) with 10 to 12 years of experience in financial or banking sectors
• Strong data management capabilities using Excel, including Advanced Excel features
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to give briefings to senior management
• Strong working knowledge in Tableau, PowerBI, Python, Alterx, SQL, Oracle, OBIEE, Essbase
• Familiarity with Dashboard visualization and designing
• Agile & JIRA experience is an added advantage
