Hued.me in collaboration with our client, currently named “the fastest growing technology company in Europe” - by the Financial Times, that specialize in technology solutions for industry 4.0, automotive and financial services industries. Client teams are based internationally - Poland (HQ Wrocław), UK, Germany, Croatia, USA and India (Vadodara).

Job description:

  • Performing the role of a Line Manager for specialists within matrix organizational structure, having the support from Project Managers
  • Taking responsibility for specialists’ salaries, professional development and motivation
  • Representing the company in terms of technical support in front of clients
  • Supporting sales activities in terms of preparing the technical part of an offer
  • Closely cooperating with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams in terms of employing new specialists
  • Allocating specialists to projects according to the company’s current needs and specialists’ path of professional development
  • Supporting the location’s development

We are looking to board our client with new LineManagers. People in this position will perform a highly important role for client organization – that of guardians of the best specialists in the field, supporting their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Agile/Scrum
  • SAFe
  • Design Thinking (good to have)
  • Technologies to know (basic knowledge or be experienced with)
  • .NET/Java/Python (good to have basic knowledge with at least one of selected technologies)
  • Cloud Azure/Google/AWS (good to have basic knowledge with at least one of selected technologies)
  • Application Development Life Time
  • Independence, resourcefulness, and reliability
  • Ability to represent the unit in front of a client
  • Fluency in English
  • Perfect understanding of the culture of India, ability to communicate using a native language
  • Willingness to travel (after the pandemic) to Vadodara, India or being at place at the moment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
