Job Summary
Designation: Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Management
Location: South Delhi, Delhi
Reporting to: Director

Responsibilities and Duties

Preparation of Sale invoice
Preparation of Delivery Challan
To check the purchase order received from the customer
To collect & receive the materials from vendor/customer and check properly
To keep track of stock in & out records
Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods
Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles
Track the record of all product inventories
Arrange the insurance policies for all shipment incoming and outgoing.
Prepare the LC supporting documents for billing
Coordination with Freight Forwarders
Preparation of export documents and timely submission with clearing (CHA) for custom clearance purpose
Dispatch of consignment from HO to different locations and customer places in India and ensure its delivery, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

Any graduate/post-graduate from any stream
Only male candidate
Excellent verbal and written skills at English and Hindi
Exceptional Computer skills with good command on MS-Excel, MS-Word and Advance Excel
Ready to work under extreme pressure and in a team
