Roles and Responsibilities

Setting up the Export Sales distribution in South East Asia, SAARC, Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Europe ,US & other international locations
Setting up the internal business process for Export order management at Pixon.
Developing the export pricing strategy for different markets
Developing & Leading a team of Sales Agents across multiple geographies in order to establish client relationships.
Develop business plans to introduce several new products into the product mix based on market feedback and work closely with the Engineering team on the development roadmap.
Mentor the Export team to deliver the objectives of the Export department. Set up the goal tree of the Export department.
Handling export process & sales along with proper policis & documentations.
Export co-ordination to ensure smooth logistics & delivery.
Would be responsible for export operations,export documentations to logistic.
Strategy for Business Development in line with company policies & strategies.
Lead Generation with E Marketing tools & International Trade Fairs& Exhibition
Study and Understand market dynamics of countries via Primary and Secondary Research to choose suitable markets for Business Expansion
Overlook End-to-End facilitation of an order life cycle starting from initiation to delivery
