JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibilities include:


• Executing projects (for example, patent searches, patent to product/standard mapping etc.) in the domain of Telecommunication • Having the following responsibilities such as: o Managing and execution of searches (including delivery of reports) o Supervision of colleagues on projects o Assist in estimating efforts for the tasks at hand o Assist in Project scoping o Efficient communication with internal/ external stakeholders o Performing project related administrative tasks (quality tracking, checking accuracy of data on project management tools)
  • Adhering to internal and external project time schedule
  • Documenting and sharing the project files in an organized manner
  • Adherence to organizational policies

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and critical skills for evaluating technology features in the field of Telecommunication.
  • Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals and/or Patent laws.
  • Provides professional, timely, and prompt service and responses to reporting managers and business development personnel
  • Encourages teamwork, maintains positive attitude contributing to team morale
  • Superior writing and oral communication skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into language easily understood by the non-scientist
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other tools that may be required for day-to-day work
  • Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and active listening skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects • Client management skills

  • Responsible for QC/QA

QUALIFICATION:

  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./ Ph.D.

EXPERIENCE: • 5 – 8 years
