Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for managing new and existing initiatives related to Credit Cards.
Fair understanding of system and matrix for Credit Cards Business
Creation of Sales plan for Credit Card business of Alternate Channel.
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisition profitability and employee development.
Driving Credit card business numbers through maintaining relationship with respective channel/Business.
Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Identifying the need of sales training analyzing changing market trends & channel deployment etc.
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work
Recruiting and Retaining high performers
Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction
Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
Maintain relationship with respective biz stake holders for CC business drive handle issues & escalations provide support & guidance
