Industry Required :- Pharmaceutical (Animal Health/Vaccine)


Experience:

  • Minimum 7-12 year experience with CMO operations.
  • Good understanding of how quality is integrated into the initiative process, supply chains, and manufacturing operations.
  • Previous experience with process control, validation, and analytical/microbiology

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of new product proposal towards technical and commercial suitability.
  • Plan to explore appropriate Contract Manufacturer in respect of product to be procured.
  • Establish the system of CMO operations.
  • All our contract manufacturing locations for all our animal healthcare products
  • Overall coordination for CMO activities: product evaluation, procurement, planning, costing, quality checks, customer feedback and complain handling.
  • Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management: business development, quality audits for facility and documentation.
  • To ensure compliance and closure to various queries received from regulatory authorities and customers.
  • Check and timely update quality document system at CMOs.
  • Ensuring contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors.
