Position: Assistant Manager/Manager- Marketing & Communication

Fundamental Parameters:

1. Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

2. Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing) / BE-Civil / Any Equivalent Qualification (Preferred).

3. Experience: Minimum 8 years

(Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Cement, Tiles and building material industry)

Functional Parameters:

1. Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and manage its reputation and Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers for favorable coverage.

2. Oversee content development for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other platforms.

3. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online conversions.

4. Monitor keyword performance, optimize website content, and collaborate with web developers for technical SEO.

5. Conceptualize and implement both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns. Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various mediums, including TV, radio, and print.

6. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

7. Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement.

8. Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and online advertising.

9. Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, workshops, and webinars.

10. Manage end-to-end event and exhibition, activation, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination and promotion.

11. Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.

12. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.

13. Manage marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and reflects current offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
