Job Summary

Position Overview

At Infinator Pvt Ltd, we work together to create brands people love. For the last two years, we have been on a high growth path through e-commerce, and we are now poised to be a multi-category, multichannel, scale business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for answering queries and Assisting customer through Phone, Chat and Email including international customers.
  • Check queries/respond on all Ecommerce platforms company dealing with. If required help customers coordinating with e-commerce companies for their queries.
  • Maintain Amicable nature over the call and share a good customer experience.
  • Coordinate with different departments to solve customer queries in real-time.
  • Support in Tele Calling and Email Marketing.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Skills: Fluency in English, Good written skills, Basic Computer Skills

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years, experience marketing/customer support will be added advantage. Freshers with relevant skills Can also Apply.

Salary: ₹6,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
